Miyagi Zao Fox Village

More than 100 foxes roam free in the park at the foot of Mt.
In addition to the well-known foxes, six other fox species, including silver foxes, arctic foxes, and platinum foxes, play freely in the park, making for a spectacular sight. The ability to feed them from designated areas is also popular. In addition to foxes, the park also has rabbits, goats, ponies, and other animals that visitors can easily interact with.

More than 100 free-range foxes welcome visitors. There are a total of six species of foxes: the well-known fox, the rare silver fox, the Arctic fox (blue and white), the platinum fox, and the crossbill fox.

The park is set in a forest, and as you walk, you will see foxes following behind you and foxes pulling at your clothes, allowing you to observe foxes you never knew existed. If your timing is good, you can even hold a baby fox in your arms! In addition to foxes, visitors can also interact with rabbits, goats, and ponies.

However, please note that one adult is not allowed to bring more than one child of elementary school age or younger, as they are free-ranging and may get bitten.

For souvenirs, you can buy original fox goods. There is a wide variety of goods available, including stuffed toys, snacks, key chains, and more.
